Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved that the front desk was open 24/7 and the location and walk ability was perfect. Room was clean and spacious. The bathroom could use some updating but all worked well and we enjoyed the provided shampoos, soaps, lotions, etc. Very impressed by the included breakfast each morning. Lots of options and all was fresh and tasty.

Accoglienza ottima, personale carino e disponibile. Stanza ampia e pulita e letto comodo. Bagno ampio e doccia nella vasca da bagno. Colazione molto buona con varietà di scelta.

Parecchio delusi. Non è un Hotel da 4 stelle. Massimo 3. Colazione povera. Per la camera allego foto che parlano da sole. Si salvano le porte che sono tutte bianche e belle.

とても清洁で素晴らしいロケーション。オルティージャ岛と駅は徒歩圏内、考古学公园はバスで１本でした。朝食ビュッフェはオレンジジュースが生搾りでした。ホテルの部屋でお汤が沸かせなかったのが残念なところです。

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Man kommt schnell nach Ortigia und den Hafen. Parken ist umst?ndlich und entfernt vom Hotel. Der Charme des Hotels bewegt sich auf dem Niveau eines B&B. Die Mitarbeiter freundlich, aber zT unwissend und wenig hilfreich. Das Zimmer mit guter Gr??e. Die Fenster nicht dicht, weshalb viele Moskitos eindrangen und die Nacht verkürzten. Wie an den W?nden zu sehen war, ging es anderen gleich. Das Bad war ordentlich, die Dusche gro?. Die Duschprodukte hochwertig und von tollem Geruch. Die Dusche selbst war m??ig sauber. Die Matratze war hart und führte zu Rückenbeschwerden. Der Safe viel zu klein. Die gr??te Kritik haben wir jedoch am Frühstück: der Caffe mit komischen Nachgeschmack. Instantkaffee? Die Br?tchen vom Discounter, die Marmeladen und der Honig industriell verpackte Ware, der K?se und die Wurst vom Discounter. Buchen Sie besser ohne Frühstück und essen ein super leckeres Panini bei der Caseificio Borderi - mit Caffe günstiger und tausendmal besser!

The location of this hotel is ideal! Directly between the train station and Ortigia. Easy walking to many different restaurants. We very much enjoyed our short stay here and the daily activities hosted by the Hotel. My only iffy thing was the tiles in the bathroom (the shower specifically) seemed a bit older and maybe not as cleanly as it could be, but all in all the room was quite nice.

We arrived quite late as we had travelled from Malta via ferry. We were met outside the hotel by the friendly receptionist who booked us in and explained everything to us about the hotel and breakfast .We were very surprised to find out we had been upgraded to a suite which was lovely' Breakfast was a lovely buffet with plenty of choices, Can't fault the hotel or staff.We would certainly stay here again if we ever return

Gulvet p? badev?relset var beskidt, v?ggene var lappet med en forkert farve og tilstanden af v?relset var ikke det forventede at et 4 stjerner hotel. Aircondition var ikke s?rlig k?lende, der var 28-30 grader p? v?relset konstant trods t?ndt aircondition. Ud over dette var morgenmaden efter forventningerne og hotellet har en god beliggenhed

Davvero deluso!!!!. Avevo letto solo buoni commenti ma che inganno!. Questo non è un hotel a 4 stelle, ma un edificio trasformato in una sorta di B & B o si prende il piccolo dejeuner giù.. Si entra direttamente nella hall dell'edificio arredato in un piccolo desk, il luogo non ha fascino, nessuna decorazione a parte una giraffa. Nessuna cornice alle pareti, nessun colore, niente di tipico. Il piccolo pranzo è davvero decevant, non c'è molta scelta, senza marmellate fatte in casa, tre poco pasticceria e prodotti locali e se arrivi alle 10:00 niente è rifornito mentre normalmente si può mangiare fino alle 10:30!!!! Ca è una settimana che siamo qui e non abbiamo la sensazione di essere in un hotel 4 stelle. Su una settimana l ascensore ha funzionato due giorni altrimenti è sempre in panne, la nostra camera è grande ok ma sotto il sottotetto, il soffitto inclinato dà una sensazione di stanchezza. è caldo e l'arredamento è davvero senza anima. Per la luce c è un altro problema abbiamo solo una piccola finestra, e l elettricità che apparentemente è stata rifatta non è collegata agli interruttori. Si entra in camera gli interruttori non funzionano quindi è necessario trovare l interruttore di una lampada la sera c è davvero non pratico. C'è ancora il quadro della vecchia aria condizionata che non c'è più e nessun interruttore alle pareti sono collegati. La tele funziona una volta su due perché c'è una perdita di segnale. Abbiamo già avuto tre interruzioni di corrente o tutto s eteind e quando ca arriva di notte la luce di uscita di emergenza s accende, orribile per dormire. Soprattutto che già la porta si chiude male e lascia passare la luce del corridoio che è illuminato 24 ore su 24, quindi non dormi al buio.. Nessuno s scuse e nessuno parla davvero ad ogni passaggio al desk mentre c'è un piccolo hotel con non molte camere.. Non c'è angolo relax con cana....
